  This is the time of year that families get out the mixing bowls, wooden spoons and let the flour dusted counters abound with cookies of all shapes and sizes.
  
  I remember making sugar cookies with my mom when I was a kid-with my family. The fun was in the mixing and then the shaping....and of course let's not forget the eating too!
  
  Safety Tip of the Day:
  Make sure and get your mommy or daddy's supervision on using the oven or stove and make sure and wear protective mitts when getting out hot baking pans and cookie sheets.
