Bimby

It´s a great gadget, i had only one week ago, it does almost everything in the kitchen. Only cannot fry or roast. But you can do on it: home made butter; Ice-cream; Sorbetts; Caipirinha; Juices; Soya Milk; Tofu; Seitan; Yogurt; Bread; Pates; Cakes; Etc.
I am fascinated. I'll invent new recipes with my bimby and i will post for you guys.

This appears to be something that is found in Europe but not in the US or at least from what I've found on the internet. Anyone in the US have one? It does look interesting.

I had to do an internet search. I don't think we have anything similar to it at this time and I don't think I would do it any service to try to explain.
The websites were in Italian or Spanish or Portugese and I don't understand any of those.

I got one from Italy so the recipe book is a bit tricky for me. I have experimented and had great success with various sauces, Chili con Carne mad entirely in the machine. It is great for bread dough. Do enough people have one to start a group just for it ?
