    COCOA BISCUITS

    This biscuits from Italy are very tasty and useful for breakfast time and children love them a lot.

    INGREDIENTS (for about 30 biscuits)

    225 gr of flour
    135 gr of butter softened
    115 gr of icing sugar
    35 gr bitter cocoa powder
    1 egg
    flour for work plan


    CASE

    Making the fountain with the sifted flour, put in the middle butter and work it with sugar, add the egg continuing to work and mix with cocoa and flour.
    Knead quickly to obtain a homogeneous mixture, forming a ball and wrap with nylon.
    Put in refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
    Dust the work plan with a little flour, spread the dough high about 1/2 cm and obtain biscuits with shapes.
    Lining a pan with baking paper, put on the biscuits and cook for about 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C.
    Cool biscuits before putting them in tin cans.

    1 teaspoon of vanilla flavour (or grated rind of 1 lemon)
