Boiling water pastry

    Trying out this crust by Chefelaine. Chilling in the fridge until tomorrow. Going to try to make a Shoo-fly pie.

    Had a hard time transferring the dough to the pie pan. It kept breaking.

    Need to try this crust again with a more savory or less sweet filling.
