Pork with Colacasia and Spring Onion

    Ingredients:

    500 gms Pork
    ...1 bunch Colacasia leaves (Kosu Xaak)
    2-3 leeks of Spring Onion
    2 Tomatoes
    2 Potatoes
    12-15 Garlic Cloves
    8-10 Dry Chillies
    2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
    Salt

    Method:

    Marinate the pork with a paste of Tomato, Garlic, Dry Chilly and Spring Onion
    Heat Mustard Oil in a pressure cooker
    Add the Pork and Potato
    Fry for a minute
    Cut and add the Colacasia leaves and Salt. Fry for a minute
    Add half cup of Water and cook for 7-8 whistles
    Serve!
