I DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS!?

    When I was serving in Afghanistan, there was a small restaurant at the Kandahar Airfield the served korean food. I ate some dish the man called chicken Gang Jung, or similar. I was fried rice covered with chopped chicken and finally with a deep red sesame seed filled sauce the was sweet and quite spicy. When i tried too look it up nothing seemed to match up. Does NE one know what it was/ how to make it?
