  Group member and extremely talented blog writer (and photos...can we talk...) Farmgirl has recently posted a great article on how to freeze zucchini. Sure it's hard to imagine craving it when they're coming in around your ears, but wouldn't it be nice to enjoy a zucchini with taste in the middle of winter?
