  I don't have a particular favorite summer squash but I do enjoy them.
  I've learned to prepare some delicious dishes by watching one of the owners of an Italian deli in action. It's surpising what can come off a kitchen grill and still taste like it came from mama's kitchen. While these things were by no means on the menu, we made all sorts of things from whatever we brought in....it was one of the perks of working there.
  From time to time, I will share some little idea that I learned.
