  I also love tea,
  but no Indian,
  they care so little during the production of it in India or Srilanka
  I think the best is that well prepared and cared for Chinese or Japanese tea.

  I find that the chinese do pay alot of attention to quality, even for the low cost. Japan is great, but costly. India produces it in bulk and cheaply, not the best, but most varieties my indian friend has brought over are much better than the american "bag" blends. My fav odd tea is lapsang souchong. It smells like a campfire and tastes wonderful. smoother than I expected.
