Melting Pot Coq Au Vin Fondue

This is an improved version of other recipes I've seen for this fondue from Melting Pot. It's great with shrimp, chicken, beef, and sausage. Even potatoes are great dipped in it. It's flavor is strong but not overpowering. Slice raw, slightly frozen beef, pork or chicken thinly across the grain and roll into little bundles. Spear these with the fondue fork and immerse in fondue until thoroughly cooked. Shrimp can be peeled and left whole. Everything comes out very tender and flavorful.
