Bizilli's Cream Cheese Danish Recipe

Ingredients
  • cherry preserves (optional) .
  • 1 c powdered sugar .
  • 3/4 c sugar .
  • Glaze .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages crescent rolls .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 tbsp vanilla .
  • 2 tbsps milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step #2 Spread 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of pan, putting seams together.
  • Step #3 Mix cream cheese & sugar 'til smooth & spread over.
  • Step #4 (Optional - Add Cherry Preserves on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Step #5 ) Cover up with 2nd package of crescent rolls.
  • Step #6 Bake at 325F degrees for 20-25 mins.
  • Step #7 Make sure top is done or it will be gooey.
  • Step #8 Mix glaze & pour over danish while hot.
  • Step #9 Let cool & cut into squares.
  • Step #10 Best when served at about room temp.
