Tex-mex Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs ground beef .
  • grated parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top) .
  • 1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese .
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chilies .
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can black olives .
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked crip & crumbled .
  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente .
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms .
  • 1/2 c stuffed green olives (sliced) .
  • 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies .
  • 2 (16 oz) cans tomatoes (sliced) .
  • 1 large sliced onion

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Brown beef with onion & salt & pepper (to taste) in large skillet.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Add cans of tomatoes, rotel & chilies & let simmer for 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Set aside.
  • Step #6 3.
  • Step #7 Combine the two olives & mushrooms & set aside.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 Combine all grated cheeses & set aside.
  • Step #10 5.
  • Step #11 Spray 2 9x12 casserole dishes with cooking spray (or 1 5 quart dish).
  • Step #12 6.
  • Step #13 Arrange drained cooked spaghetti to cover the bottom of each dish.
  • Step #14 7.
  • Step #15 Cover up spaghetti with beef.
  • Step #16 8.
  • Step #17 Cover up beef with olives.
  • Step #18 9.
  • Step #19 Sprinkle top cheese mixture evenly over each dish.
  • Step #20 10.
  • Step #21 Crumble bacon on top of cheese.
  • Step #22 11.
  • Step #23 Dust with Parmesean cheese.
  • Step #24 11.
  • Step #25 Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
