Horseradish Butter (pepperrotsmor) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz butter (at about room temp) .
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional) .
  • 4 tbsps prepared creamed horseradish sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream the butter until it is light & fluffy; the butter should be almost white in colour.
  • Step #2 Add the horseradish sauce & salt, if using, & beat into the butter to mix thoroughly.
  • Step #3 Transfer to a serving dish or small individual sized pots; chill until ready to use.
