• 2 tsps baking powder .
• 1 c sliced apples .
• 3/4 c milk .
• 2 eggs .
• 2 c flour .
• 1 c sugar .
• 1/3 c margarine

• Step #1 Blend margarine, eggs, white sugar & milk together.
• Step #2 Fold in flour & baking powder.
• Step #3 Then fold in apples.
• Step #4 Bake in 8x8 pan at 350F for 50 mins.
• Step #5 tip - toss apples in a little bit of flour before adding them in to prevent them from going to the bottom.
