Cucumber Cooler Blitz Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pumpernickel cocktail bread (rye works too) .
  • salt .
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dip .
  • 1 (16 oz) package light sour cream (any brand) .
  • dried dill .
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, washed, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mixture & the sour cream together.
  • Step #2 Stir carefully.
  • Step #3 Apply a tsp size mound on individual bread slices & smooth out.
  • Step #4 Lay one slice of prepared cucumber on top.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top lightly with dill & salt.
  • Step #6 Serves about 40.
