Step #1 On each piece of bread spread 1 tbsps of the sugar.
Step #2 Over the sugar spread 2 tbsps of the Nestle Quik on each piece.
Step #3 Cut 1 tbsp of butter in chunks & place over the chocolate sugar layer.
Step #4 Toast in the toaster oven or oven "just until the butter starts to melt".
Step #5 Remove from oven & with a spoon make a paste of the ingredients (I kinda pull it all into the middle of the bread & stir it together) & spread it out.
Step #6 (sometimes you need a little more butter to make the paste).
Step #7 Return to oven & toast some more until bottom of bread is toasted & top is kinda chocolate crust.
Step #8 Don't let it broil on top though or it will become some sort of burnt chocolate yuck.
