Minted Sugar Snap Peas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps water .
  • 16 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed 1lbs (500g) .
  • 6 green onions .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 2 tbsps fresh mint leaves, 25ml .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  • Step #2 Add sugar snap peas, green onions & water.
  • Step #3 Cook, shaking skillet every once in awhile for 3 to 5 mins, until peas are bright green & tender-crisp & water evaporated.
  • Step #4 Add mint or serve this without.
  • Step #5 Add salt & pepper if necessary.
  • Step #6 Serve at once.
