Cucumber Yogurt Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh Italian parsley .
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dillweed) .
  • 2 c nonfat plain yogurt .
  • 3/4 c seeded peeled & sliced cucumbers .
  • 1 (2 oz) envelope leek soup mix (Knorr)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt & soup mix; stir this to mix.
  • Step #2 Add in the cucumber, parsley, & dill; fold in to mix.
  • Step #3 Cover up with plastic wrap & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs & up to 8 hrs.
  • Step #4 Serve with a vegetable tray.
