Ingredients
  • Topping .
  • 1 tsp onion powder .
  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen hash browns .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 16 oz sour cream .
  • 1 1/2 c corn flakes .
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup .
  • 2 c cheddar cheese .
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter & mix with frozen hash browns.
  • Step #2 Then mix the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #3 Put in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step #4 Topping: Crush Corn Flakes & sprinkle on top.
  • Step #5 Melt 1/2 stick of butter & pour over corn flakes.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
