Ingredients
  • 1/2 c swiss cheese (grated) .
  • 3 tbsps milk .
  • 3 oz cream cheese .
  • 4 oz corned beef (sliced) .
  • 1/4 c sauerkraut (sliced, drained) .
  • 1/4 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat/flame until melted & hot.
  • Step #2 Thin with addddional milk if necessary.
  • Step #3 Serve with rye crackers or party rye bread.
