Ingredients

1 egg, beaten .
2 c flour .
1/8 tsp salt .
3/4 c milk .
1/4 tsp cinnamon .
1/3 c oil .
1/2 c almonds, sliced .
1/2 tsp almond extract .
1/4 tsp nutmeg .
3 tsps baking powder .
1/2 c sugar

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Step #2 Mix the beaten egg with the milk, oil & almond extract.
Step #3 In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt & sliced almonds.
Step #4 Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture & mix just to mix.
Step #5 Bake for 10-15 mins.
