Step #1 butter & 8x8" dish & line with foil wrap.
Step #2 mix marshmallow cream, margarine, evaporated milk, sugar & salt in large glass bowl -- cook on high for 6 mins.
Step #3 or until boiling.
Step #4 stirring twice during cooking.
Step #5 cook on medium for 3 mins, stirring once.
Step #6 add butterscotch chips, stirring until melted.
Step #7 stir in the walnuts.
Step #8 spoon into prepared dish.
Step #9 chill until firm.
Step #10 cut into squares.
