Ingredients
1/4 c parsley, sliced .
1 tbsp white wine .
lemon pepper .
1 tbsp lemon juice .
1 1/2 lbs flounder or other mild white fish fillets .
1/2 c sliced almonds .
4 tbsps butter, melt
Directions
Step #1 Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
Step #2 Sprinkle top fish with lemon pepper.
Step #3 Sprinkle top fish with almonds & parsley.
Step #4 In a small bowl mix butter, wine & lemon juice.
Step #5 Pour over fish.
Step #6 Cover up & bake this at 350 for 10mins.
Step #7 Uncover & bake another 10 mins.
Step #8 Remove from oven & let set 5 mins before serving.
