Ingredients
  • 1 (2 lb) can crushed pineapple with juice .
  • 1/3 c Miracle Whip .
  • 2 c water, boiling .
  • 1 (8 oz) jar Cool Whip .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, grated .
  • 2 c mini marshmallows .
  • 1 (6 oz) package lemon Jell-O gelatin .
  • 1/2 c walnuts, sliced .
  • 1 1/2 c celery, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Dissolve jello & marshmallows in 2 c boiling water.
  • Step #2 Cool slightly.
  • Step #3 Add all remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cool whip & mix well.
  • Step #4 Cool in refrigerator.
  • Step #5 Fold cool whip into mixture.
  • Step #6 Cool overnight before serving.
