Tuscan White Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper .
  • 1 (2 oz) envelope lipton savory herb with garlic soup mix .
  • crackers .
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar .
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh Italian parsley .
  • assorted fresh vegetables .
  • 1 (19 oz) can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed

Directions
  • Step #1 Add the beans, vinegar, pepper, soup mix, olive oil, & parsley to the container of a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
  • Step #2 Transfer to a bowl; cover with plastic & put in the fridge until serving time.
  • Step #3 **Tastes best (to me) at about room temp but needs to be stored in the refrigerator.
  • Step #4 Serve with crackers or vegetables.
