1 c all-purpose flour, plus extra for kneading & rolling .

Directions
Step #1 Stir together flours in a bowl.
Step #2 Make a well in flour & add eggs, salt, & water, then stir this together with a fork without touching flour.
Step #3 Continue stirring, slowly incorporating flour into well until a soft dough forms.
Step #4 Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface & knead, until smooth & elastic, adding only as much extra flour as needed to keep dough from sticking, about 8 mins.

Cover up with plastic wrap & let rest at about room temp at least 30 mins.
