• 1 tbsp water
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate

• Step #1 In heavy saucepan, over med-heat/flame, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk & salt.
• Step #2 Cook & stir until it thickens, about 10 mins.
• Step #3 Remove from heat.
• Step #4 Stir in water; cool.
• Step #5 Stir in vanilla.
• Step #6 Store at about room temp.
• Step #7 .
