Creamy Cheesy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c milk .
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes .
  • 2 (15 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup .
  • 6 c water .
  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, shredded .
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed .
  • 1 (16 oz) bag california-mix frozen vegetables

Directions
  • Step #1 Add the water, bouillon cubes, hash browns & Vegetables into soup pot.
  • Step #2 Boil until the vegetables are soft, stirring often.
  • Step #3 Add 2 cans mushroom soup, velveeta cheese, & the milk.
  • Step #4 Return to a boil, then simmer 30 mins.
  • Step #5 Serve.
  • Step #6 This freezes well for OAMC.
