Creamy Cheesy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 c milk .
4 chicken bouillon cubes .
2 (15 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup .
6 c water .
1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, shredded .
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed .
1 (16 oz) bag california-mix frozen vegetables

Directions

Step #1 Add the water, bouillon cubes, hash browns & Vegetables into soup pot.
Step #2 Boil until the vegetables are soft, stirring often.
Step #3 Add 2 cans mushroom soup, velveeta cheese, & the milk.
Step #4 Return to a boil, then simmer 30 mins.
Step #5 Serve.
Step #6 This freezes well for OAMC.
