Step #1
In a medium bowl, Worcestershire sauce, onion, bread crumbs, garlic, mix together the ground beef, eggs, green pepper & Cheddar cheese until well mixed.
Step #2 Form into walnut-sized balls.
Step #3 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #4 Add meatballs, & brown evenly.
Step #5 Remove from the skillet, & set aside.
Step #6 Stir flour & instant coffee into the pan drippings.
Step #7 Add beef bouillon & water to the pan, & mix well.
Step #8 Bring to a boil, & allow to thicken.
Step #9 Stir in sour cream.
Step #10 Return meatballs to the skillet, & let them simmer in the sauce for 20 to 40 mins.
Step #11 Serve as an appetizer, or over rice or egg noodles as a main course.
