Ingredients

1 c lima beans (fresh or canned) .
2 tbsps flour .
2 c sliced potatoes .
3 c milk .
1 tsp salt .
1 c corn (fresh or canned) .
3 tbsps butter .
1 c water .
1 tsp parsley, sliced .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1/4 c water .
1 large onion, sliced

Directions

Step #1 Sauce onion & butter until slightly browned.
Step #2 Add the vegetables.
Step #3 Add 1 c water, salt & pepper.
Step #4 Simmer til vegetables are tender.
Step #5 Add milk & heat to boiling.
Step #6 Blend flour with 1/4 c water to make a smooth paste & add to the soup, cook for one min while stirring constantly.
Step #7 Garnish servings with sliced parsley.
