Step #1 Preheat oven to 300F degrees.
Step #2 Make sure cheese & butter are room temperature.
Step #3 In a mixing bowl, cream the butter until light & fluffy.
Step #4 Add the cheese & mix until mixed.
Step #5 Add the flour, salt & red pepper (I used 1/2 tsp) & mix to form a dough.
Step #6 Refrigerate for 30 mins to firm up the dough, then place it in a cookie press, fitted with a ridged tip.
Step #7 Pipe the dough in 2 inch strips onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Step #8 Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until lightly browned.
Step #9 Remove to racks to cool.
