• 2-3 tbsps icing sugar .
• 225 g raspberries (or use any type of berry or soft stone fruit, stones removed)

• Step #1 Place the fruit in a mixer or food processor/blender.
• Step #2 Pulse to break up fruit.
• Step #3 Add the icing sugar & and mix to form a puree.
• Step #4 Remove to a container & chill until required.
• Step #5 If the fruit contains seeds, push the fruit through a sieve to remove them before chilling.
• Step #6 Note: Cook time is chilling time.
