Ingredients
  • 1/4 c hard cinnamon candies .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • orange slices or cinnamon sticks (to garnish) .
  • 1 quart pasteurized apple juice or apple cider .
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom or cinnamon or 1/8 tsp allspice

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, mix the apple cider or juice with candies.
  • Step #2 Cook the cider over med-heat/flame until the candies dissolve.
  • Step #3 Stir in the vanilla extract & spice.
  • Step #4 Serve warm in mugs garnished with a cinnamon stick or orange slices.
