1 tsp soy sauce (or worcestershire sauce-whichever you like best) .
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
1 lb ground turkey .
2 c Minute Rice, uncooked .
1 c cheddar cheese (or your fave)
Directions
Step #1 Brown ground turkey with sliced onion In a large-ish skillet,stirring to seperate.
Step #2 When turkey is browned, add all other ingredients except rice & cheese.
Step #3 Mix well & bring to a boil, then add rice.
Step #4 Reduce heat & let simmer, until rice is done, covered, srirring every once in awhile to prevent burning.
Step #5 (about 10 min).
Step #6 U can either top this with cheese & melt in skillet or transfer to a large casserole dish & top this with cheese, baking at 400F degrees until cheese is lightly browned.
