Turkey And Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup .
  • 1/4 c onions, sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic .
  • 1/2 (2 oz) packet onion soup mix .
  • 1 (10 oz) can water (soup can) .
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (or worcestershire sauce-whichever you like best) .
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 lb ground turkey .
  • 2 c Minute Rice, uncooked .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese (or your fave)

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown ground turkey with sliced onion In a large-ish skillet,stirring to seperate.
  • Step #2 When turkey is browned, add all other ingredients except rice & cheese.
  • Step #3 Mix well & bring to a boil, then add rice.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat & let simmer, until rice is done, covered, srirring every once in awhile to prevent burning.
  • Step #5 (about 10 min).
  • Step #6 U can either top this with cheese & melt in skillet or transfer to a large casserole dish & top this with cheese, baking at 400F degrees until cheese is lightly browned.
  • Step #7 (about 10 min).
