• 1 medium lemon, in quarters .
• 200 ml dry white wine .
• 50 ml olive oil .
• 2 small hot peppers (optional) .
• 1 laurel leaf .
• 8-10 whole peppercorns .
• 2 garlic cloves (whole but crushed)
