Cherry Angel Trifle Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (20 oz) can reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz) container fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 (10 inch) angel food cake, cut in cubes
  • 1 (0.3 oz) package sugar-free cherry gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Dissolve gelatin in water; put in the fridge for 15 mins.
  • Step #2 Place half of the cake cubes in a 3-qt.
  • Step #3 trifle or serving bowl; top this with half of the gelatin & pie filling.
  • Step #4 Repeat layers.
  • Step #5 Top with whipped topping.
  • Step #6 Refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
