Ingredients
  • 8 eggs, poached .
  • 16 asparagus, blanched 5-7 mins .
  • 4 English muffins, split & toasted .
  • 8 oz crabmeat .
  • 1-1 1/2 c bearnaise sauce, Try Bearnaise Sauce # 32244

Directions
  • Step #1 On each half english muffin put 2 asparagus followed by poached egg,1 oz crab meat & then bearnaise sause.
  • Step #2 Broil from 30 seconds or until sause browns.
  • Step #3 Great with home made hashbrowns.
