Step #1 beat eggs, flour, sugar & salt in large mixing bowl at high speed until light & fluffy --
add fruit cocktail, soda & vanilla --
beat on medium speed untlo well mixed --
spread into a greased & floured jelly roll pan.
Step #2 or 15x10x1" baking pan.
Step #3 sprinkle with coconut & nuts --
bake 20-25 mins at 350* -- drizzle with glaze while still hot.
Step #4 GLAZE:.
Step #5 3/4 c granulated sugar.
Step #6 1/2 c margarine.
Step #7 1/4 c milk.
Step #8 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Step #9 1/2 c nuts.
Step #10 mix all but nuts -- bring to a boil & boil for 2 mins -- stirring constantly.
Step #11 remove this from heat & cool slightly.
Step #12 add nuts & spread on bars & cut into squares.
