German Style Potato Supper Recipe

Ingredients

1 c water .
2 tsps cornstarch .
2 tsps instant beef bouillon .
4 c o'brien frozen potatoes .
1/2 tsp dry mustard .
1/4 c lemon juice .
1 lb link sausage, cut into 1-inch slices .
2 tbsps sugar

Directions

Step #1 In large skillet, brown sausage.
Step #2 Stir in potatoes, 3/4 c water & bouillon; bring to a boil.
Step #3 Cover up & let simmer 10 mins.
Step #4 In small bowl, sugar, mix remaining 1/4 c water, lemon juice, cornstarch & dry mustard; mix well.
Step #5 Pour over meat mixture; simmer uncovered 5 mins until thick & bubbly.
Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
