Step #1 In a 1-c glass measuring c, sherry, mix soy sauce, garlic & ginger.

Step #12 While tenderloins are cooking, add Hoisin sauce to marinade in.

Step #14 Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered until thickened, about 3 mins.
Step #15 Brush mixture evenly over tenderloins during last 5 mins of grilling, turning once.
Step #16 Carve tenderloins crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
