Crunchy Chocolate Truffle Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c pure maple syrup .
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust .
  • 1/2 c sliced pretzels .
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter .
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 (12 oz) container firm silken tofu

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl & microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Step #2 Stir chocolate & heat & stir in the 30 second intervals until chocolate is just melted.
  • Step #3 set aside.
  • Step #4 Combine tofu & maple syrup in food processor/blender, mix 3 mins or until smooth.
  • Step #5 Add peanut butter & process until smooth.
  • Step #6 Add melted chocolate & process once more until smooth.
  • Step #7 Pour mixture into pie crust, smoothing the top.
  • Step #8 Refridgerate 20 mins.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top pretzels on top & serve.
