Ingredients
  • crushed ice .
  • 30 ml lime juice .
  • 60 ml gin (Bombay Gin Sapphire) .
  • 4 kumquats, halved .
  • 20 ml golden syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 Take a highball glass & fill it half-way with crushed ice.
  • Step #2 Add halved kumquats & stir.
  • Step #3 Add gin, lime juice & syrup, stir this to mix.
  • Step #4 Fill the glass with ice.
