Sausages With Potatoes And Rosemary Recipe

Step #1 Pe-heat oven to 400'F/200'C.
Step #2 Place sausages in a pot of cold water to cover & bring to boil.
Step #3 Simmer for approximately 5-10 mins.
Step #4 Remove from water & slice thickly.
Step #5 Place sausage slices in a roasting pan.
Step #6 Add potatoes which have been cut into either thick slices or chunks.
Step #7 Sprinkle top over the paprika, salt & black pepper.
Step #8 Add the rosemary.
Step #9 Drizzle with oil & toss carefully.
Step #10 Roast for 50 mins to 1 hr stirring every once in awhile or until potatoes are tender & sausages are golden brown.
Step #11 Tear ciabatta into bite sized pieces & add to pan for final 20 mins of cooking.
Step #12 Sprinkle top with basil & serve this with a green salad & a spicy tomato sauce if desired.
