• 125 g melted butter .
• 1/2 tbsp clove powder .
• 1 tbsp cinnamon .
• 5 c self-raising flour .
• 1 egg .
• 1 tsp salt .
• 600 ml milk .
• 2 1/2 c coconut .
• 2 c raw sugar

• Step #1 Mix all dry ingredients together & make a well.
• Step #2 Whisk eggs lightly & add to milk & butter.
• Step #3 Mix into flour mixture, dont overmix.
• Step #4 Pour into 2 greased loaf tins.
• Step #5 Bake in preheated 180 Degrees C oven for 45 mins.
