Step #1 brown hamburger & season to taste - drain off any fat.
Step #2 layer the following ingredients to make 2 different layers -.
Step #3 1 c of egg noodles per layer, 1/2 of the cubed cheese, 1/2 of the sliced celery,1/2 of the black olives per layer.
Step #4 top the layers with the stewed tomatoes, & add the 1/4 c water.
Step #5 Turn heat to medium unti casserole comes to a steam, then lower heat to low, Cover up pan & cook for 30 mins.
