Spicy Choc Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 c firmly packed brown sugar .
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (careful on this one some cayenne's are hotter that others use your own jugdement) .
1 c butter, softened .
1/2 tsp baking soda .
1/2 c sugar .
1 c plain whole grain wheat flour .
2 tsps vanilla essence .
2 c miniature dark chocolate chips .
1/2 tsp ground ginger .
2 large eggs .
1/2 tsp salt .
1/2 tsp baking powder .
1 tsp ground cinnamon .
1 1/2 c plain flour

Directions

Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 180° celcius.
Step #2 Cream butter & sugars together In a large-ish mixing bowl.
Step #3 Add vanilla & eggs one at a time beating after each addition till it's nice & light.
Step #4 In a seperate bowl sift together all other ing except obviously except choc chips.
Step #5 Gradually mix into wet ingredients & beat till just mixd.
Step #6 Fold in choc chips.
Step #7 scoop mixture into 1" balls & place on cookie sheet, flaten slightly with fork.
Step #8 (leave room for spreading.
Step #9 Bake for about 10 mins or until golden brown.
Step #10 Remove from tray & cool on wire rack.
