Step #1 Brown the ground beef drain and, add 1/2 to 1 c water(depending on how much sauce you want).
Step #2 add the carrots & let simmer on med.
Step #3 /high heat until cooked halfway through.
Step #4 (can also add the potatoes at this point- quartered & quartered again.
Step #5 ).
Step #6 add the large onion cut into quarters & let simmer on med.
Step #7 /high heat for a little while longer.
Step #8 when onions & veggies become tender you add your boullion & let melt down thoroughly, mixing well with the meat & veggies, & add your salt & pepper to suit your taste.
Step #9 Throw over some rice or noodles.
Step #10 (feeds 2 comfortably) Can also add cabbage, peas (whatever you like)and double all the ingredients except for the beef & make a nice hearty soup (or try this if you need to use it up for another night :) ).
