1 whole head of garlic, seperated into cloves, peeled .
1 1/4 c single cream or buttermilk .
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
Directions
Step #1 Heat the oil in a frying pan; add garlic cloves & saute until golden brown.
Step #2 Add chicken & cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side.
Step #3 In mixer or food processor/blender, process the chiles, cream & worcestershire sauce.
Step #4 ADD to the chicken in the pan; bring to a boil; reduce heat & add the lemon juice; simmer for 4-5 mins uncovered until chicken is firm & the sauce is reduced.
