Broiled Peaches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 28 oz canned peaches, halved or equal amount fresh fruit .
  • butter-flavored cooking spray .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/4 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain peach halves & pat dry a little bit with a paper towel.
  • Step #2 Mix flour, sugar & cinnamon together.
  • Step #3 Turn peach halves in flour mixture & spray with butter flavored cooking spray to moisten flour.
  • Step #4 Store in refrigerator until ready to cook.
  • Step #5 Just before serving broil in oven just until crisp looking.
  • Step #6 About 3-4 mins when about 3" under preheated broiler.
  • Step #7 For FLARE! pour a little bourbon or brandy over the top AFTER they are plated.
