Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar & white sugar until smooth.
Step #3 Stir in the egg & vanilla.
Step #4 Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt & baking powder; stir in theto the creamed mixture.
Step #5 Add the oatmeal, crushed cereal & coconut & mix until mixd.
Step #6 Drop dough by tspfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Step #7 Cookies should be about 2 inches apart.
Step #8 Bake for 10 to 12 mins in the preheated oven.
Step #9 Cookies should be light brown at the edges & on the bottom.
Step #10 Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
